It is likely you can purchase your WilloMD with your HSA or FSA insurance card that is provided by your employer. To do so, download the Insurance Reimbursement Document located on the home page, have your physician sign page (1) one which is the prescription form and then purchase your WilloMD online or through your local WilloMD retailer with your HAS/FSA card. Retain the signed prescription form and the receipt of your WilloMD receipt for your records if they are ever needed for proof of purchase.
